A Partner at Phillips & Paolicelli, LLP, Yitzchak Fogel focuses his practice on cases involving complex personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle collisions, and birth defects that result from toxic exposures.
Yitzchak is also a paramedic who volunteers with Kids of Courage, an organization that specializes in medically supervised trips for children and young adults with serious medical diagnoses.
Prior to joining Phillips & Paolicelli, LLP, Yitzchak practiced in the litigation department of a major international law firm, where he defended pharmaceutical class actions.
Yitzchak is admitted to practice law in the New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. He received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 2011, where he earned the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar award for both the 2010 and 2011 academic years. During his second year at Columbia, Yitzchak was a member of the Human Rights Law Review. Yitzchak received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn College in 2008.
