ASSOCIATE
An associate at Phillips & Paolicelli, LLP, Dan primarily focuses his practice on asbestos litigation that results from toxic exposures. Inspired by his own personal injury lawsuit as a teenager, Dan has aggressively litigated on behalf of his clients in Courts throughout the State of New York, from intake up through appeals.
Dan received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020, where he earned early admission based on his academic credentials and became one of the youngest law students in the history of the school. Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree, in Criminal Justice, from St. John’s University in 2018 where he was consistently a member of the Dean’s List.
Dan is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Dan resides on Staten Island, where he was born and raised.
